Reticulation Valve Kits

Aquatec’s Reticulation Valve Kits introduce a range of mechanisms throughout the network for preventative pressure management, automatic cleaning and scheduled maintenance.

From isolating individual properties or lines within the network, to periodic cleaning or pressure reduction, Aquatec’s Reticulation Valve Kits are available in kit form inclusive of all parts for immediate installation. Preassembled and hydrostatically tested to 16 bar, our Reticulation Valve Kits are built to WSAA requirements, with a variety of chamber options available on request.

Polyethylene Chambers

Aquatec’s compact Polyethylene Chambers accommodate light trafficable areas, or installations where the intended site is congested with other services.

Concrete Chambers

Aquatec’s reinforced Concrete Chambers accommodate heavy duty or trafficable areas.

Boundary Connection Kits

Aquatec’s Boundary Connection Kits are manufactured using all 316 stainless steel components, fully factory assembled and pretested to 16 bar in accordance with WSAA-07.

A full bore ball valve enables isolation of individual properties with zero blockage. A non‐return valve prevents any flow or pressure coming back to the property. The inspection tee introduces water to flush the system and test network pressure, and is also for accessing the valves should there be a blockage. A flushing point mounted inside a polycarbonate or optional concrete valve box marked ‘Pressure Sewer’ is provided with every kit.

Flushing Point Kits

Aquatec’s Flushing Point Kits provide a means of eduction, or introduction of high volumes of liquid for periodic cleaning of the pressure sewer main.

Designed as a point of access to scour and clean pressure sewer lines, Aquatec’s Flushing Point Kits remove blockages and scum build-up, servicing and maintaining the asset to prevent future blockages. Each kit includes 316 stainless steel pipework, full bore lockable 316 stainless steel ball valve and camlock connection, all mounted inside a polyethylene or optional concrete chamber.

Air Valve Kits

Aquatec’s preassembled Air Valve Kits provide a means of air release for high sections of the network, and as a siphon break for descending mains to prevent vacuum crushing.

Accessible at ground level for advanced safety protection, Aquatec’s Air Valve Kits are manufactured to connect with varying pipe diameters. Each kit includes a double acting combination air valve adaptable to the hydraulics of the network and interconnecting pipework mounted inside a polyethylene or optional heavy duty concrete chamber.

Optional Accessory | Odour Filters
Available on request, Aquatec’s range of Odour Filters discretely filter sulphite gas odours intermittently released through the air valves.

Accessible at ground level, cost effective odour canisters are easily replaced by maintenance personnel.

Isolation Valve Kits

Aquatec’s Isolation Valve Kits provide line isolation throughout the reticulation for scheduled maintenance.

Our prefabricated kits are available for secure connection across varying pipe diameters. Each kit includes a flanged, resilient seated isolation valve (AS2638.2 certified), polyethylene connection stubs with backing rings, gaskets bolts, and a cast iron twist lock inspection cover with concrete surround.

Optional Accessory | Extension Spindles
Fully adjustable to meet the depth of the isolation valve, Aquatec’s Extension Spindles introduce accessibility at ground level for maintenance personnel.
Optional custom key connections prevent the potential for disruption to mains or water services within the reticulation, providing ease of operation and advanced WHS protection across the pressure sewer network.
